He represents clients in a range of industries, including construction, energy, environmental, insurance, automotive and real estate.

Mr. Winslow has been cited by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly newspaper as one of the 35 most influential lawyers in Massachusetts in the past 35 years.  Recognized as a Super Lawyer in Massachusetts by Law & Politics magazine, Mr. Winslow also has been named one of the nation's Top 500 Trial Lawyers by Lawdragon Magazine.

Mr. Winslow's practice also encompasses outside general counsel services.  As the former chief legal counsel to former Governor Romney, Mr. Winslow oversaw a team of more than 800 in-house and outside counsel; the largest legal practice in the commonwealth.  Mr. Winslow now serves as outside general counsel to companies that operate without an in-house legal department or in combination with corporate legal departments seeking to leverage the practice depth and geographic reach of Duane Morris. As outside general counsel, Mr. Winslow has assisted corporate clients in areas as varied as HIPAA, patent prosecution and litigation, trademark and copyright, telecommunications, investment banking, internet and entertainment law, internal investigations, LNG and energy law, project development, healthcare law, litigation audits and improving outside counsel procurement practices.
